OUR PROJECTS

Kim’s Service Department is Santa Barbara’s newest gathering spot, located in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara just blocks from the beach.

Originally home to an automotive service department and dealership in the 1920s and ‘30s, it’s been re-imagined as a mixed-use space. Featuring Santa Barbara’s own Shaker Mill cocktails and Cubaneo restaurant, plus a curated retail shop Gear and San Diego’s celebrated Modern Times Brewery. This is the place for locals and visitors to meet up and get serviced — whether with food, drink, shopping or a good time with friends.
