OUR PROJECTS
The Waterline is an adaptive reuse project located in an expansive industrial warehouse property in Santa Barbara’s Funk Zone.
Originally built on the rubble of the historic 1925 earthquake, over the ensuing 90 years the property has been home to a bevy of industrial uses before being freshly re-envisioned by Miramar Group as a community-centric destination for food, beer and wine and works and wares created by local artisans and skilled craftspeople.
